Welcome to the new Gift Planning pages of the Cathedral Web site. These pages are dedicated to all the valuable members of "The Arbor Society," which is the collection of members and friends who have made an estate commitment to the Cathedral.

The Arbor Society is named after the old saying, "Blessed are those who plant trees under which other people will sit." People who give to the endowment of the Cathedral of St. Philip are planting trees for other people to sit under. They are developing a rich and beautiful tree of life at the Cathedral. They are members of our Arbor Society, and I encourage you to join them!

These web pages are designed to provide information about estate and financial planning, as well as thoughtful charitable gift arrangements.  I invite you to browse these pages and see what might be useful to you and your family.  Read the articles, learn more about different vehicles, and try out the gift calculators.

My quick saying is this: "Every Cathedral member ought to have a will, and every will ought to include the Cathedral of St. Philip!" Remembering the Cathedral in your estate planning is the way you can continue to support God's work in the world through this tremendous and blessed community of faith.
